Unique Mechanics:

Power Meter

The Power Meter system brings a layer of real-time action to strike-based turns. When you play Strike cards, a timing minigame kicks in—featuring a sliding power bar where you must click precisely as the marker passes through the center. The closer your timing, the higher your damage multiplier: a perfect hit grants 2x damage going down to 1x. It’s a seamless way to inject skill and tension into the turn-based flow, rewarding precision without interrupting strategy—and making each Strike feel more personal and impactful.

Gimmicks

Every deck in the game comes with a Gimmick—a powerful passive ability that defines your unique playstyle and grows with you over the course of your run. Think of Gimmicks like relics in Slay the Spire, but tailored for the brutal world of wrestling. Some activate at the start of every turn, giving you stamina boosts or special effects, while others trigger when you draw cards, end your turn, or even at match start, setting the tone before the first bell rings. You can swap your Gimmick mid-run and add up to 4 total by picking up special Gimmick Cards, allowing you to adapt your strategy and build around new synergies. Whether you're stacking bleed damage, dodging attacks, or unleashing sudden bursts of HEAT, your Gimmick is the signature move that keeps the crowd—and your opponents—on their toes.
